Excellence is our standard at Paine College, and we want to know if you have received excellent service each time you called or visited a Paine College office.  You can help by completing this Customer Service Evaluation.

The purpose of this survey is to obtain your perceptions of the service that staff members provide.  By completing the survey, you agree that no harm will come to you as a result of your participation.  Please be assured that all of your answers will be kept strictly confidential and reported in the aggregate only.
