SIAC East Division Track & Field Female Athletes of the Week
Baiesha Johnson—Paine College—Johnson finished first in both the high jump and the long jump at the Asics Winthrop Invitational in Rock Hill, SC with marks of 1.55m and 5.96m respectively. Her mark of 5.96m in the long jump was the best NCAA qualifying mark in Division II this year. Last week, Johnson also won the high jump at the Morehouse Relays with an NCAA qualifying mark of 1.70m. The freshman, Brunswick, GA native is a tri-athlete for Paine College, as she is also a member of the Lady Lions Cross Country team and the Lady Lions Basketball team.
Camille Clemmons-James—Benedict College—Clemmons-James ran a time of 12.26 in the 100m and 25.15 in the 200m at USC’s Weems Baskin Relays. She also ran a leg on the 4x100m and 4x400m relays.
SIAC West Division Track & Field Male Athletes of the Week
Kieren Broussard—Kentucky State University—Broussard ran times of 1:54.98 in the 800m and 4:14.96 in the 1500m at the Raleigh Relays in Raleigh, NC.
Chester Hightower—Stillman College—Hightower ran a time of 10.90 in the 100m and 21.55 in the 200m at the Alabama Relays in Tuscaloosa, finishing eighth and fifth respectively. He also ran a leg on the 4x100m, 4x200m, and 4x400m relays.
Michael Oliver—Stillman College—Oliver won the 110m hurdles with an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 14.33 at the Alabama Relays in Tuscaloosa. Oliver also ran a time of 57.98 in the 400m hurdles while also running a leg on both the 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams.
Jerald Fayorsey—Tuskegee University—Fayorsey ran times of 22.48 and 50.38 in the 200m and 400m respectively. He also had a mark of 6.54m in the long jump and 13.72m in the triple jump. He also ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team.

Alexandria Montgomery—Stillman College—Montgomery ran a time of 12.35 in the 100m, 25.17 in the 200m, and 1:00.70 in the 400m at the Alabama Relays. She also ran a leg on the 4x200m and 4x400m relays.
Janae Jones—Stillman College—Jones ran a time of 12.18 in the 100m, a NCAA provisional qualifying time of 24.39 in the 200m, and a time of 57.30 in the 400m at the Alabama Relays, finishing in the top seven in all three events. She also ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team.
Chestina Anderson—Stillman College—Anderson ran a time of 2:24.41 in the 800m, 5:11.37 in the 1500m, and 17:58.26 in the 5000m at the Alabama Relays. She also ran a leg on the 4x200m, 4x400m, and 4x800m relay teams.
