Ms. Frazier-Edwards worked for more than 20 years in corporate America for such firms as Kodak and IBM before joining the TEC staff in June 2002. She holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology. Ms. Frazier-Edwards makes tutoring appointments for students, serves as the receptionist, manages the data collection process, and helps to supervise the operation of the Center.

Ms. Overton has been with the Tutorial and Enrichment Center since August of 1992. In addition to serving as the administrator of the program, she tutors in composition, reading, study skills, mathematics, computer usage and application, psychology, and education. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Learning Disabilities, a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Special Education Administration and Supervision, and a Master of Arts in Computers in Education.

Dr. Sezilee Reid

Dr. Reid is the TEC's Education Specialist/ Professional Writing and Reading Tutor. She tutors primarily in reading, composition, and study skills. She has a BA in English, MS as an Educational Specialist with a focus on English and ESL, and Ph.D. in English/ESL Education Curriculum and Instruction. In addition to working to help Paine's students succeed, Dr. Reid would like to write children's books.

Ms. Christine Crockett

Ms. Crockett, Education Specialist, joined the TEC staff in July 2011. She has a BA in Sociology from Paine and M.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. Ms. Crockett has held a number of different positions at Paine. She is a choir director and organist at her church and serves as a motivational and inspirational speaker throughout the CSRA. Ms. Crockett was instrumental in the development and administration of the proposal to develop the TEC and gave it its original name!

Mr. Nathaniel Moorman

Mr. Moorman, the Professional Science Tutor and Evening Supervisor, joined the TEC staff in March of 2011. He has a BS degree in biology from Morehouse College and Masters in Public Health from the University of Illinois. He tutors in biology, chemistry, and math. Mr. Moorman was a research technician for the CDC, a research specialist, and taught for several years. He now works for the Augusta-Richmond County Health Department.

Ms. Patton, the Professional Writing/Reading Tutor and Evening Supervisor, joined the TEC staff in March 2011. She has a BA in English from Allegheny College and MA in Intercultural Communication from California State
University, San Bernardino. Ms. Patton tutors primarily in writing, reading, communication, rhetoric, women’s studies, and literary analysis. She is planning on earning a Ph.D. in higher ed. administration, intercultural communication, or women’s studies.

Mr. Martin is a Paine College senior majoring in sociology. He joined the Tutorial and Enrichment Center staff in January 2010 and tutors in sociology, history, statistics, philosophy, study skills, and other areas. Although he has worked in a variety of jobs, he would like to earn a Ph.D. in sociology and become a college professor.
