The Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant provides non-repayable funds to Georgia residents
attending eligible Private Colleges in Georgia. Award for Georgia residents pursing
undergraduate study at an accredited two or four year Georgia private institution.

Through the College Cost Reduction and Access Act of 2007, Congress created the
Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) grant program
that provides up to $4,000 per year to students who intend to teach in a public
or private elementary or secondary school that serves students from low-income families.

Merit Scholarship Awards
The Fort Gordon Service Club of Fort Gordon will award merit scholarships for graduating
seniors to assist them in their first year of education at an accredited university,
college, or vocational/technical school.

Fort Gordon Service Club Continuing Education Scholarship Award
The Fort Gordon Service
Club of Fort Gordon will award a continuing education scholarship for one (1) year
of schooling not to exceed $500.00 to a deserving military family member. This award
will assist them in their continuing education at an accredited university, college,
or vocational/technical school.

Whether you're a college-bound high
school student or already attending a college or university, Army ROTC has scholarships
available. Scholarships are awarded based on a student's merit and grades, not financial
need.
Army ROTC scholarships are valuable in many ways:
- Two, three, and four-year
scholarship options based on the time remaining to complete your degree
- Full-tuition
Scholarships
- Additional allowances pay for books and fees
Four Year Scholarship
The College Four-Year Scholarship is for college freshmen in their first year of
a five-year undergraduate plan. Contact your Campus Military Science department
for more information.
To qualify, you must:
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Be between the
ages of 17 and 27
- Have a high school GPA of at least 2.5
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Score minimum of 920 on the SAT or 19 on the ACT
- Meet physical standards
- Agree to accept a commission and serve in the Army on Active Duty or in a Reserve
Component (U.S. Army Reserve or Army National Guard)
Three Year Scholarship
The three-year scholarship is available for students already enrolled
in a college or university with three academic years remaining.
To qualify, you must:
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Be between ages 17 and 27
- Have a College GPA of at least 2.5
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Score minimum 920 on the SAT or 19 on the ACT
- Meet physical standards
- Agree to accept a commission and serve in the Army on Active Duty or in a Reserve
Component (U.S. Army Reserve or Army National Guard)
Two Year Scholarship
The two-year scholarship is available for those who have two academic years of college
remaining.
To qualify, you must:
- Be a U.S. citizen

- Agree to accept a commission and serve in the Army on Active Duty or in a Reserve

Living Expenses
Army ROTC scholarships
also provide monthly living allowances for each school year. You can earn certain
amounts depending on your level in the Army ROTC curriculum:
- 1st year $300 per
month
- 2nd year $350 per month
- 3rd year $450 per month
- 4th year $500 per month
This allowance is also available to all non-scholarship Cadets enrolled in the Army
ROTC Advanced Course (3rd and 4th year).
